    For a warranty repair on a Whirlpool washer. It seems the previous repairman caused the current problem. Anyway, to be without a washer is pretty awful. It's not like a stove where you can use the microwave or bbq or Skip the Dishes! When we called Jeff Nov. 15, he scheduled an appointment for Nov 20. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part right away (even called me at 5:20 pm to let me know he had done so). He returned on Nov. 22 to do the repair. I have my washer back and I am very happy with the service I received.

    Jeff came in on time, assessed our dishwasher issue, and had the part already in his truck so he was able to fix the repair immediately onsite. Polite guy as well!

    Jeff from Southgate appliance has come to my place three times now to fix our dishwasher that is under warranty. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond in serving us. Highly recommended!

    Jeff from Southgate Appliance came out to service our Amana washer three separate times while it was under warranty. We found him to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable, polite and efficient during each visit to our home. We were also happy to see that he is following Covid protocol by wearing a mask and gloves to ensure everyones safely. I highly recommend this place of business based on our experience with Jeff; if you are looking for a no nonsense, business like approach I suggest you give them a call; you will be glad you did. All in all first rate.

    Update: Jeff has reordered the parts and said he will take care of it promptly.

    I have had issues with my brand new Armana Gas Range since I got it in June. These guys came out chipped the top right side of my stove top, they said that they would order me a new stove top. I have been calling and leaving voicemails and speaking with Jeff. It is now middle of January. I have called twice this week and no returned phone call. I would never recommend these guys. They do not follow through on what they say or keep you in the loop. Whirlpool says that they can leave a message for them and that is all they can do. So much for buying new.
    Update: It is now July 2020 and they still have not fixed the issue with my stove.
